This is a project where we were to play the role of a condo salesperson, with everyone in the class having the same company name: Aura. The deliverables include a logo, a folder, two floor plans, a business card, and a conceptual 7-spread brochure. My concept for the brochure is "A Song for Every Room."

While these suites are theoretically built around professionalism, I wanted to put an emphasis on relaxation and downtime, as the forthcoming residents would be leading busy lives going into the new decade. Therefore, my strategy with selling this condo complex was to pair sections of the suites with music playlists in a lighthearted and poppy fashion.
